Spanish Fork’s New Target Replaced This Closed K-Mart

What used to be a Big K-Mart store for almost 40 years is now a 100,000-square-foot Target store in Spanish Fork, Utah. Real estate company TLM Realty renovated the property, and Target opened in 2023. The 85,000-square-foot K-Mart closed in 2017, leaving the building unused. The street and aerial images below show how the location has evolved.
