Property records list its construction year as 1984, though aerial imagery shows the site remained wooded in 1985 and was fully developed by 1994. The upcoming ALDI marks the latest chapter for this long-standing retail anchor.

The shopping center sits along Dogwood Drive in Milton, a busy retail corridor anchored by national and local businesses. Tenants include Advance Auto Parts, fitness facilities, and community organizations. The property offers more than 200 parking spaces and has been a consistent hub for neighborhood shopping.
