University City Costco: Here is The Location History

Costco Wholesale opened in the St. Louis suburb of University City in 2022. This Costco is part of the 50-acre Market at Olive development on the northeast and southeast corners of Route 340 (Olive Blvd) and Interstate I-170. Costco was the first phase of this new development.The University City wholesale store occupies the northern part of the property and spans 160,430 square feet. Market At Olive

The approximately $211-million Markets At Olive development will have more retail, apartments, and, possibly, a hotel. It is replacing many small businesses, homes and the old Jeffrey Plaza. It will redevelop both sides of Olive Blvd between Interstate 170 and Woodson Road.
