The Home Depot plans to build a new store in Denton, Texas near the northeast corner of Interstate 35 and West University Drive.

The lot is part of the Rayzor Ranch Marketplace which is also home to other big-name retailers like Walmart, Sam’s Club, Kohls, and Ross Dress For Less. This will be the second Home Depot in Denton.

Denton’s new Home Depot will be a 108,000 square foot store with a 28,000 square foot garden center to the east of the building. The new home improvement store is expected to have annual sales of up to $60 million and will create about 300 new local jobs. A detention pond will be to the north behind the home improvement building and over 360 parking spaces.
