Kroger announced plans for a new Marketplace store in North Fort Worth. The project was submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation under Kroger DAL 595 Fort Worth. The planned store will span 123,153 square feet and is listed as new construction. The expected completion date is October 2026.
Project Location and Scope
The TDLR filing lists the address as 14900 Sendera Beach Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76131. This location does not currently return results on public mapping systems. No active building permits or land listings are associated with that specific number at this time.
Separately, Kroger’s public announcement states the store will be built at the northeast corner of Sendera Ranch Parkway and Rancho Canyon Way. The site is in north Fort Worth, within the Sendera Ranch area, and falls within Tarrant County.
Additional Development Details
The project is part of a shopping center being developed by SDI Realty and Nexus Real Estate Co. The land was acquired from Lennar Homes, the developer of surrounding residential communities.
This Kroger Marketplace will offer expanded grocery and general merchandise. The format includes categories such as home goods, apparel, toys, and outdoor products. Another Marketplace location was announced for Little Elm, also set to begin construction in 2025.
Kroger has not yet announced a projected opening date for the Fort Worth store. Updates are expected as development progresses.
