HTeaO, a Texas-based tea franchise known for its drive-thru iced tea bars, is preparing to open a new location in Lufkin. The company serves more than 25 flavors of fresh-brewed tea. Customers can order by the cup, pick up gallons to go, or stock up on packaged water, ice, and snacks. Construction on the Lufkin store will begin in February 2026 and is expected to finish by September 2026.
Construction Details
Developers filed the project with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in September 2025. Plans call for a new 2,100-square-foot building that will follow HTeaO’s standard design with a drive-thru. In the most recent aerial images, Hill’s Auto Ranch occupied the site at 1410 S First Street. That property will be cleared to make way for the new tea bar.
Location
The store will sit along Business US-59 on South First Street, one of the busiest corridors in Lufkin. It is next to First Christian Church and near small businesses such as TYG Finance, IRM Title Loan, and several auto shops. This stretch of road blends retail and service uses, giving the new HTeaO both neighborhood visibility and easy access for drivers.
