Update: Groundbreaking Held in February for Two-Story Restaurant in Temple
Plans for a two-story restaurant at 6776 W Adams Avenue in Temple are still moving forward. While satellite imagery from January 2025 showed no construction activity at the site, a formal groundbreaking ceremony was held the following month.
The event, hosted by the Temple Chamber of Commerce in February 2025, confirmed that Wings Pizza N’ Things will be opening a new location at this address. The project was originally filed with TDLR in 2024 and included a 2,400-square-foot building with a drive-thru and patio.
Though no recent images confirm visible construction, the groundbreaking suggests work is beginning behind the scenes. The restaurant was initially slated for completion by August 2025.
