According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, a new HTeaO location may be coming to Waxahachie, Texas. The project involves building a freestanding 2,040-square-foot iced tea retail store with a drive-thru at 502 North Highway 77.
The filing outlines plans for construction to start in May 2025 and finish by October 2025. While this document confirms construction intent, it is not an official announcement from the company.
Established Retail Corridor Near ALDI and Urban Air
The location sits within one of Waxahachie’s busiest commercial zones, surrounded by national brands and local businesses. Nearby establishments include ALDI, Hibachio, Schlotzsky’s, Urban Air Trampoline Park, and 7-Eleven. H-E-B and Walmart are also within walking distance.
Aerial imagery from 1995 shows this corridor already taking shape, with multiple retail structures in place. Since then, Highway 77 has continued to fill in with retail, dining, and service-oriented developments, creating a dense and active stretch of commerce through the city’s north side.
