The new Target store will sit within the Marketplace at Fancher Creek, a 22-acre retail phase already underway. With 250,000 square feet of retail space, Target leads a lineup of major anchors, specialty shops, and dining venues. Positioned near South Clovis Avenue and Tulare Avenue, the store will offer easy access to nearby neighborhoods and commuters.
A Growing Community Hub
The Fancher Creek area, once agricultural land as seen in 1957 aerial photos, has evolved significantly. What were once rows of orchards and open fields are now part of a connected, urban-inspired development. The addition of Target signifies more than retail growth — it represents a key step in creating a “20-Minute Neighborhood”, where residents can shop, dine, and unwind without traveling far.
