A new HTeaO location is coming to Humble, Texas, at 17622 W Lake Houston Parkway. With construction slated to begin in March 2025 and completion expected by August 2025, the project will feature a 2,206-square-foot building, complete with a drive-thru for customer convenience. This project has an estimated cost of $1.3 million.
The area around the new HTeaO site has seen significant development over the past two decades. In 2002, the location was surrounded by dense woods, as seen in the aerial imagery from that year. Since then, the region has undergone rapid transformation. Modern residential complexes, commercial buildings, and infrastructure now fill the area, illustrating the evolving landscape of Humble, TX.
HTeaO is rapidly expanding, with 93 new franchise agreements signed nationwide by 2022. This growing chain, known for its premium iced tea offerings and Texas roots, will further enhance the local community with this new store.
