Presidium Berkshire is a new luxury apartment complex currently under construction in Fort Worth‘s neighborhood of Blue Mound. When complete, Presidium Berkshire will be a 352,000-square-foot, 340-unit luxury apartment with modern amenities.
The new apartment complex is located a short distance from Presidio Towne Crossing shopping center. It is located to the west of the Blue Mound Road and Highway 81 intersection.

Presidium Berkshire’s apartments will have 9 foot ceilings with wood-inspired flooring and stainless-steel appliances. The bathrooms will have walk-in showers and garden style tubs. The corridors will be air conditioned and a clubhouse will be featured with a 2 story fitness center. Outdoor amenities will include a resort style pool, car wash and dog park.
