New Aspen Square Townhomes Coming To Irving Texas

Construction will soon begin for 174 townhomes in the southern part of Irving, Texas. The new homes will be located on the southwest corner of Beltline Road and Shady Grove road next to the new McDonald’s. This will be the first major development on this site.

The new townhomes will have 2 and 3 stories with up to 3 bedrooms and 2600 square feet of living space according to the developer’s website. Aspen Square’s community will have a club house, swimming pool, dog park, walking trail and much more. Interior amenities will include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Prices will start at approximately $300,000.
