After completing The Jackson at Viridian, Street Lights Residential is building another apartment complex in Arlington, Texas called The Louise to the north. The new complex is located on the Veridian, a master planned community. The Louise will have 343 units, a private resident library, an art studio and a lounge. The units will also have granite countertops according to the developer’s website.
The Louise is is being developed on the corner of Birds Fort Trail and the recently paved Viridian Village Drive. The relocated Arlington Fire Station #17 is across Birds Fort Trail.
