Membership-only wholesale retailer, Costco, has opened a new store in Moore, Oklahoma. The new building is located just south of the South Telephone Road and Southwest 19th Street intersection on a piece of land that had not been developed until now. Moore’s new Costco is the 2nd one in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. It is at least 165,000 square feet. This Costco will bring 100 to 200 jobs. The store opened on the 22nd of July 2021, at 8 a.m.

Costco has 558 warehouse stores in the United States and 908 worldwide. Most Costco locations in the United States have self-serve gas stations with cash back rewards for members. Tire centers are also available with privileges for members among many other services.
Location
Moore’s Costco is located 22 miles from the 1st Costco on North Western Avenue in Oklahoma City. The aerial Image above shows the same location in 2002 before the construction of Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park and other stores like the Home Depot and Target to the north.
Since the early 2000’s, Moore has seen a population increase of over 20,000 people. The aerial image above shows the new developments and a new road leading to the new Costco.
