Map services give conflicting results. Bing Maps places the pin near Canary Lane, where an open parcel matches the filing. Google Maps drops the same address farther south near San Miguel Mexican Grill. A Google Street View photo from May 2025 shows site work happening in between those two points. Equipment and utility materials are visible on the cleared land.

The project is privately funded and located on private land. No other details are available beyond what’s in the filing. As of mid-2025, construction activity is visible nearby, but the exact match to the site hasn’t been confirmed.
