A new WashMasters Car Wash planned for 2665 N Dallas Ave in Lancaster has not yet opened, despite a state filing that listed January 2025 as the projected completion date (TDLR Project #TABS2024014014).
The project remains listed as “In Progress” on the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation website as of July 2025. There are currently no operating hours, business listings, or online reviews available on major platforms such as Google or Yelp.
Still Waiting After Missed Deadline
The facility was designed to be 4,861 square feet, with construction originally scheduled to begin in July 2024. Its location—just south of the Whip In store and not far from Lancaster High School and Dallas College Cedar Valley Campus—positions it to serve both local residents and student traffic once completed.
No official updates have been posted by the developer or operator regarding a revised opening date.
