A new Chick-fil-A is in the works for Parrish, according to local reporting and Manatee County project documents. The restaurant is planned within the Robinson Gateway development at the northwest corner of Moccasin Wallow Road and Carter Road.
Robinson Gateway is a large mixed-use project that spans over 200 acres west of I-75. Manatee County’s Weekly Development Project List has referenced infrastructure improvements tied to the site, confirming activity at the corner where the Chick-fil-A will be built.
A New Addition to Robinson Gateway
While no official “coming soon” listing has appeared on Chick-fil-A’s openings page, county filings and reports tie the brand to the Robinson Gateway site. The development’s listing address is 6730 Moccasin Wallow Road, which serves as the identifier for the broader property.
The project is still in the early stages, with infrastructure work moving forward before vertical construction begins. Once completed, it will bring the popular chain to a fast-growing part of Manatee County that has seen new schools, housing, and commercial development in recent years.
