Drive-Thru Tea Spot Planned for This Site in Cedar Park, Texas

A new filing hints at the next addition to Cedar Park’s busy E Whitestone Boulevard corridor. Plans submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation show that HTeaO is eyeing a spot at 3515 E Whitestone Blvd, across from Brushy Creek and near Family Emergency Room at Cedar Park.

The proposed project would bring a 1,924-square-foot tea bar with a multi-lane drive approach feeding a single fulfillment lane. The plan also includes a small 193-square-foot cooler/freezer, a single-bay dumpster enclosure, and full site work. Construction is expected to begin in November 2025, with a projected completion in May 2026.

From above, the lot appears undeveloped, nestled between residential neighborhoods and commercial spaces like The Sanctuary of Cedar Park. Drivers along FM 1431 would see it positioned just before the bridge over Brushy Creek, making it a convenient stop for the high-traffic corridor.

As with many early TDLR filings, this is not an official opening announcement. Projects can change or shift timelines, but for now, it gives a clear look at where HTeaO could pop up next in Williamson County.
