A new burger restaurant with a drive-thru is planned for 13970 Highway 110 S in Whitehouse, Texas, just south of Tyler. The 2,730-square-foot project is listed under the name Jucy’s Hamburgers, a local East Texas chain. According to a state filing, construction could begin as early as August 15, 2025, with a target completion date of December 15, 2025.
There’s been no public announcement from the company, and the site is still occupied by a residential structure surrounded by trees, based on recent satellite imagery. So while the paperwork is in, this project remains in the early planning stage.
What’s happening at the site?
The property sits on the east side of TX-110, near CrossFit Tyler and Auto Express, just north of Tyler Metro Church. It’s a largely wooded lot, and the home at 13970 appears to still be standing. No signs of demolition or utility work have appeared as of June 2025.
If the project moves forward as scheduled, this section of Whitehouse could see some light commercial growth to complement surrounding fitness, storage, and church facilities already in the area.
