After more than a year of construction, a brand-new Chick-fil-A is ready to open its doors in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The location at 301 US-130 South will officially open on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 6:30 a.m. Early visitors can take advantage of a quirky promotion: anyone wearing cow-themed attire will receive a free entrée or kid’s meal while supplies last.

The restaurant is designed for high-volume traffic with a multi-lane drive-thru, a walk-up window, and outdoor patio seating. It’s a drive-thru–focused site, so there is no indoor dining area. Steve Cozzi, who also operates the nearby Delran location, will manage this new franchise. The company estimates the restaurant will employ about 75 people.

From Houses to Fast Food: A Lot’s Transformation

The site at 301 US-130 was once home to several residential-looking commercial structures. Google Earth imagery from 2002 to 2022 shows at least two homes fronting the highway, with tree coverage and paved driveways leading to and from Burlington Pike. By late 2022, demolition work had begun.

As of April 2025, satellite imagery confirmed that the lot had been fully cleared, the foundation laid, and the new Chick-fil-A structure was well underway. Construction followed a standard format seen in newer suburban locations — with parking, dedicated drive-thru routing, and pedestrian access oriented toward highway traffic. The property now neighbors a Sleep Inn hotel and sits across from townhouse-style apartments on Siena Drive.

Chick-fil-A’s Growing Footprint in South Jersey

This Cinnaminson location is part of Chick-fil-A’s broader push into underserved parts of New Jersey, where demand for the brand remains high despite its six-day operating schedule. Like other recent openings, it’s community-focused: the chain is launching with a $25,000 donation to local hunger-relief organizations and will participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, redirecting excess food to nonprofit partners.

To celebrate the opening, the restaurant will also recognize 100 local heroes with free Chick-fil-A meals for a year. It’s one of the chain’s signature gestures aimed at embedding into the neighborhoods they serve, while also building loyalty from day one.
