Development History

By 1984, the area had been partially developed with multiple rectangular buildings and a driveway entering from the south, signaling the early stages of Arcadia Plaza’s formation.
According to LoopNet, Arcadia Plaza was originally built in 1984 and underwent renovation in 2003. The property includes 612 parking spaces and covers approximately 6.21 acres.
Corporate Transactions
ALDI acquired Southeastern Grocers, the parent company of Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarket, in a deal finalized in March 2024. The company later sold a portion of those stores back to a separate investor group in early 2025.
