This new McDonald’s is situated near the intersection of Loyola Lane and Ed Bluestein Road, an area that has seen significant development in recent years. Historically, this location was a greenfield area, as seen in early 2000s satellite images. Over time, the area has transformed into a busy commercial hub, reflecting Austin’s rapid urban growth.

The new McDonald’s complements nearby developments, such as the QuikTrip convenience store that recently opened.
