Spec’s Recently Opened This New McKinney Store

Spec’s Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods, a family-owned retailer since 1962, opened its latest location in McKinney, Texas, in November. This new store, located at 2900 W. University Dr., Suite 100, is positioned at the bustling southeast corner of Skyline Drive and West University Drive. It is conveniently situated across from the Raytheon Plant and adjacent to a Floor & Decor store, ensuring high visibility and accessibility.

The Houston-based retailer, known for its wide range of alcoholic beverages, gourmet foods, and specialty snacks, first ventured into the Dallas market in 2011. Since then, Spec’s has consistently expanded across Texas, becoming a go-to destination for customers seeking quality and variety.

Fast forward 22 years and most of the area is now fully developed.
