The Putting Mill remains under development at 105 Mitchell Drive in Spring Branch, Texas, a privately funded recreation venue that has been in the works since late 2023. The project, which began in November 2023, was originally expected to open in early 2025, but state filings now list a completion date of September 1, 2025.
Plans for the site include two 18-hole miniature golf courses, five to six multi-tiered pickleball courts, a golf simulator, and concessions with biergarten-style seating. The 4,300-square-foot facility is being built on private property and is intended for use by members or invited guests.
The company’s website had suggested a soft-opening for some attractions by the end of May 2025, but we could not find confirmation that this occurred. As of mid-August 2025, there are no credible reports of the venue being open to the public.
