Historically, this part of Fort Worth has seen significant change over the years. In a 1963 aerial view, the site was predominantly undeveloped land with little infrastructure. Since then, the surrounding area has undergone substantial development, with nearby commercial establishments and infrastructure gradually shaping the landscape.
The location currently sits near a few notable businesses and local facilities, making it a convenient stop for residents and travelers on the highway.
