This month, Costco is opening a new warehouse in Ridgefield, Washington, at 519 North 59th Place, just north of Portland, Oregon. The 160,000-square-foot store sits at the northwest corner of Pioneer Street and Interstate 5. This new Costco will anchor a shopping center called Ridgefield Gateway, which will feature businesses and eateries like Panda Express, McDonald’s, and In-N-Out Burger.
According to Costco’s website, the store will open on August 29th. The new Costco is built on former farmland, marking a significant development in the area. Ridgefield is one of the fastest-growing cities in Washington, with a population now exceeding 15,000, compared to just 2,000 residents 23 years ago.
The new Costco will include a gas station, food court, tire service center, pharmacy, and all the usual Costco features.
