Spec’s Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods, a family-owned business since 1962, is opening a new store at 2900 W. University Dr., Suite 100, in McKinney. Positioned at the southeast corner of Skyline Drive and West University Drive, the new location sits directly across from the Raytheon Plant and next to a Floor & Decor store. The Houston-based retailer first expanded to Dallas in 2011 and continues to grow its footprint in Texas. Specs offers a vast selection of alcoholic beverages and a variety of snacks, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. This project is anticipated to be completed by November 2024.
