A new car wash was first planned at the corner of N. Dallas Avenue and West Wintergreen Road in Lancaster, with filings showing work beginning in 2024. The project has finally surfaced on Google Maps as Wash Masters Lancaster, though details about its operations remain unclear.
Construction Progress
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation originally listed this Wash Masters project with an expected opening in January 2025, but delays pushed it well past that timeline. As of now, the car wash does appear on Google Maps, and two 5-star ratings have been added. Still, neither review includes a written comment, so customer experience remains unverified.
Location Context
The site at 2665 N. Dallas Avenue has been marketed for years as a one-acre commercial parcel, appearing on LoopNet listings as far back as 2017. It sits at the southwest corner of the Dallas Avenue and Wintergreen intersection, directly across from a Shell station and Taco Casa. The placement is in a high-visibility stretch connecting central Lancaster to nearby residential neighborhoods.
Company Background
Wash Masters operates a network of express car washes across Texas, focusing heavily on North and East Texas communities. Their website currently promotes general services and membership plans, but the Lancaster branch is not listed with dedicated details. With only two reviews on Google Maps and no broader web presence, the location appears to have just begun activity without an official launch.
