The New HEB Alliance Store Location in Fort Worth

San Antonio based H-E-B is launching its inaugural Fort Worth store at 3451 Heritage Trace Parkway on April 10, 2024. Located in the city’s northern sector, near exit 63 on Interstate 35 West, the new store spans 128,650 square feet and represents a nearly $25 million investment.

Venturing back in time to the current site of H-E-B would place you amidst grasslands with a nearby creek, a stark contrast to its present-day surroundings. The onset of Fort Worth’s expansion touched this area in the early 2000s, marked by residential development and the completion of Heritage Trace Parkway. Since then, rapid development has transformed the area, keeping pace with Fort Worth’s continuous growth.

The same location 23 years later shows the area almost fully developed as Fort Worth continues to expand.
