Scheduled to complete in April 2026, Aura Northline will have 325 units across two five-story buildings, featuring one and two-bedroom floorplans.

The Aura Northline location has not seen much change since 1995 when this aerial image was captured but the surrounding area is now almost 100% developed. Notice President George Bush construction was underway.

The developer’s website highlights an array of amenities. Residents can look forward to a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, dog park, and much more. Historically, the site was residential in the 1950s, home to about seven buildings. It transformed in the late 1960s, transitioning to industrial-style buildings. Aura Northline marks a significant development, bringing residential life back to this Plano location.
