In 2017, this Taco Casa restaurant was converted into the current Chipotle restaurant on Colleyville Blvd in Colleyville, Texas. The earliest aerial images of the location we could find date back to 1956. Colleyville Blvd was already cutting through, but there was no development. In the 1970s, some buildings began to populate the area, but the Taco Casa building appears in the 1980s, together with the Whole Foods-anchored shopping center. The images below captured some of the transformation in progress.
