Automotive oil change chain, Jiffy Lube, is opening a new location in Horizon City, Texas. It is being built next to a Mexican restaurant and a car wash on Horizon Blvd. Horizon City is in El Paso County and has a population of over 22,000. This location was once home to a small commercial building built in the 1980s and razed in the early 2010s. 2013 Google Street View images show a thrift store in the location. The new Jiffy Lube location will be about 3400 square feet and the cost to build it is $1,800,000.
