A new HTeaO is currently in the construction phase within Highland Village, Texas. This upcoming location is situated at the junction of Browning Drive and Justin Road, specifically on the northeast corner. The new HteaO will be integrated into the Highland Village Town Center, a local shopping complex within the city. Highland Village, initially a suburb, achieved city status in February 1963 and is positioned in Denton County, Texas. The new HTeaO site is adjacent to a Chevron gas station on the southwest corner of the Town Center. Other existing businesses in proximity include Planet Fitness, Painted Tree Boutiques, and several restaurants.

Historical aerial images obtained from historicaerials.com provide insight into the evolution of the area. The corner of Browning Drive and Justin Road once featured a small building and predominantly undeveloped land. This character persisted through the 1990s. However, in subsequent years the area transformed and in 1995 Highland Village Town Center was built.
