A new apartment complex is nearing completion in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. The community is being built to the east of the Zang Blvd and and Beckley Avenue intersection.
Named after Zang Boulevard, Zang Flats will have 71 residential units, with a pool in the front. Construction began in July of 2020 and is expected to be complete by March of 2022.

Lee Harvey Oswald Rooming House
The house Lee Harvey Oswald rented a room from in 1963, shortly before the assassination of President Kennedy, is located one house south of the new Zang Flats. Oswald was renting a room from this house for $8 a week and it has now been turned into a Museum.
Lake Cliff Park
Lake Cliff Park was opened in 1906 and was once home to the world’s largest skating rink and many other attractions. Today is has some trails, sporting and picnic facilities.
