Back in 2020, we covered Eastline Residences as it rose over Mockingbird Station and the SMU campus. At the time, the 28-story tower was still under construction, with its glass façade being installed floor by floor. The building officially opened in 2021, bringing more than 300 units to the north Dallas skyline.
Now, four years later, we’re revisiting Eastline to see how it has lived up to the early buzz. With a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and penthouses, the property offers rooftop views, a pool, fitness center, and plenty of lounge space. Google reviews currently give Eastline a 4.0-star average rating from 120 residents.
