According to the filing, the project involves the tenant finish-out of a shell building. Work is currently expected to begin in October 2025 and wrap up by February 2026. As always with filings, dates and details may change, and the listing does not guarantee final development.
The address points to a location near several active businesses, including an Exxon station and OshKosh B’Gosh. However, the marker drops directly on the highway in current maps, making the exact parcel unclear. A partially paved lot just north of the intersection could be the site, but the latest aerial images don’t show it cleared or marked for construction.
A Site with a Long History
Historic aerials from 1955 show a developed site at or near this location, complete with a large parking area and several structures. This corner of Edinburg has long served as a commercial corridor, with new businesses rising as others move on. The latest Chipotle filing may signal another chapter in that evolution, though details remain to be confirmed.
