A new Chick-fil-A restaurant is currently in development at 680 Polaris Parkway in Westerville, Ohio. According to the official Chick-fil-A website, this location is still listed as “Coming Soon” as of April 14, 2025. The restaurant does not yet have customer reviews, online ordering, or an active menu page. No confirmed opening date is provided on the website.
Positioned Along a Growing Section of Polaris Parkway
The upcoming Chick-fil-A is located on the north side of Polaris Parkway, just west of the Alum Creek bridge. It shares the block with Paramount Senior Living at Polaris and is immediately next to a Blink Charging Station and a medical office complex. Across the street to the south is Mount Carmel Rehabilitation Hospital. Nearby intersections connect to residential neighborhoods, office parks, and regional traffic along Worthington Road.
This site lies roughly 1.5 miles east of the existing Chick-fil-A at 1515 Polaris Parkway in Columbus, which sits near the Polaris Fashion Place shopping mall. The two locations are separated by Interstate 71 and are located on opposite ends of Polaris Parkway.
Formerly an Undeveloped Parcel Along Alum Creek
Before construction began, the address at 680 Polaris Parkway consisted of an open grass lot with no permanent buildings. Historical aerial imagery shows the land remained vacant at least through 2023. By late 2024, satellite images captured the site under active development with foundation work and early framing underway. The parcel is part of a larger area that transitioned from agricultural land.
