A New QuikTrip is Being Built at This Corner in Dallas

A new QuikTrip will soon enhance the southwest corner of Coit Road and Arapaho Road in Dallas, Texas. Nestled on the boundary between Dallas and Richardson, this site faces a Walmart Supercenter in Far North Dallas.

The location, formerly occupied by a Wells Fargo branch that closed between 2019 and 2020, has been cleared; the building was demolished to make way for this new development.

Far North Dallas, which transformed from farmland to a fully developed residential and commercial hub within a decade during the 1960s, continues to evolve. April 2025.

QuikTrip, established in Tulsa, Oklahoma during the same period, is renowned for its efficient service. With over 1000 locations, the company adds to its legacy with this new site. Construction began in September 2024, with completion targeted for April 2025. The project involves constructing a 4,994 square foot convenience store with retail gasoline sales.
