Dallas Well Get a New Gym at This Location

From the 1980s to the 2010s, Minyard Foods operated a store at 8040 Ferguson Rd in Dallas. However, in 2016, the brand sold its remaining stores to Fiesta and eventually shut down. The Ferguson Rd location continued as a Fiesta store for two more years before closing in 2018. After lying dormant for nearly six years, this site is set for a revival. Instead of a retail store, it will transform into a fitness center. EOS Fitness is gearing up to open its latest Dallas location here, with the transformation scheduled for completion in March 2025. Before this building was built there was no other development at this site until the 1980s based on historical aerial images.

In 2016 Minyard Food Stores sold its remaining stores to Fiesta. This location was rebranded as a Fiesta for only 2 years.
By 2018 the Fiesta was closed and the building has not been in use for almost 6 years.
