A new car wash facility is coming to Tyler, Texas, located at 1669 S SW Loop 323. This 4,495-square-foot facility will be part of the Xpress Car Wash chain. Construction is scheduled to be complete by March 2026 according to TDLR filings.
The facility will include extensive site work, drives, parking areas, and 14 vacuum stations. Positioned along a busy commercial loop, the car wash will be surrounded by established businesses like Sherwin-Williams and Tractor Supply Co..
Interestingly, historic aerial images from 1958 show this area was once relatively undeveloped, surrounded by greenery and open land. Over the years, this stretch of Loop 323 has transformed into a bustling commercial zone.
