A New Refreshment Spot is Coming to North Richland Hills

The area around 8368 Davis Boulevard in North Richland Hills has seen significant changes over the years. Historic aerial views from the 1970s, reveal how much the region has evolved. Back then, it was largely undeveloped, with open fields and few signs of the bustling infrastructure that exists today.

One exciting new addition is an HTeaO store, set for construction at this very address. According to TDLR filings, work is scheduled to start in February 2025 and finish by August 2025. The tea bar will span 2,206 square feet, with a 236-square-foot cooler.

Looking at the Google Street View and satellite images, the location is already in the middle of a well-developed zone, surrounded by other businesses, such as Braum’s Ice Cream and B&B Theatres North Richland Hills. The area is conveniently located near major roads like North Tarrant Parkway, ensuring easy access for visitors. It’s fascinating to consider how, in just over fifty years, this once quiet, rural area has become a bustling suburban hub.
