Construction has commenced on a new 4-story senior living complex in Lewisville, Texas, located at the southwest corner of Round Grove Road and Ace Lane. The project name is The Luxe at Lewisville. It was designed exclusively for individuals aged 55 and older. Upon completion, the community will feature 148 units alongside a 2-story clubhouse. Strategically positioned, the site lies directly across from a Tom Thumb grocery store on Round Grove Road and near a Quick Trip gas station. Additionally, it neighbors The Pearl Senior Living at Lewisville, another senior living facility. Historical aerial imagery reveals that the land was once part of a farm, a common background for many sites within the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Marking this development as the first on this particular site. The project is anticipated to be finalized by early 2025.

A new Senior Living Community id being built on this location in Lewisville. In 2001 the area was not fully developed but Tom Thumb had just been completed a few years earlier.
Today the area is mostly fully developed, Round Grove Road now has four lanes. In 2010 South Valley Parkway was extended further south.
