Home Depot is building its 4th location in El Paso Texas, next to the Amazon fulfillment and across the street from Eastlake Market Shopping center. The store will be approximately 137,688 square feet and is expected to be complete by September 2023.

The new Home Depot is being developed by River Oaks Properties, a shopping center developer based in El Paso.

Location History
Aerial images of the area beginning in 1955 show no development in the area except foe Interstate 10 in the 1960s and Eastlake Blvd in the 1980s.
In 2003 the area had an undeveloped desert landscape with Interstate 10 being expanded.
