Longmont's New Costco Is On This Site ⋆ SprawlTag.com

Longmont Colorado’s 150,000-square-foot Costco is at 205 E Ken Pratt Blvd next to the Watermark At Harvest Junction Luxury Apartment Homes. This was the first development on the site. Aerial images going back to 1948 when Longmont had a population of almost 8000, show the location as farmland.

The store was opened in May of 2023 and it was the first Costco in Longmont, a city that now has a population of over 100,000.
