Longmont’s New Costco Is Being Built On This Site

Longmont’s 150,000-square-foot Costco is being built on East Ken Pratt Boulevard next to the Watermark At Harvest Junction Luxury Apartment Homes. This will be the first development on the site. Aerial images going back to 1948 when Longmont had a population of almost 8000, show the location as farmland.

Construction is underway and the store is expected to be complete in the second half of 2023. This will be the first Costco in Longmont, a city that now has a population of over 100,000.
