Denton’s New Home Depot is at This Location

In 2023, Home Depot opened a new store in Denton at 4120 W University Drive, near the northeast corner of Interstate 35 and West University Drive. The new Home Depot spans 108,000 square feet, with a 28,000 square foot garden center to the east of the building. This home improvement store aims to generate annual sales of up to $60 million and has created about 300 new local jobs. To the north of the building, there is a detention pond, and the site includes over 360 parking spaces.
