A New Residential Community for The Dallas Area

Casona, a new multifamily development in Grand Prairie, Texas, is making steady progress. Developed by Pivotal Residential and Novu Residential Group, the project secured equity financing in September 2024, with construction beginning shortly after. The 305-unit Class-A apartment community is expected to be completed in Spring 2027.

Location & Accessibility

Casona is strategically located at 3800 Robinson Road, near the intersection of Interstate 20 and the President George Bush Turnpike. This prime location offers residents easy access to the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. Additionally, the development is within walking distance of Bass Pro Shops and Andretti Karting & Games, both of which opened in July 2024. TopGolf has also announced plans to break ground nearby.

Of this land, 18 acres will be dedicated to residential buildings and amenities, while the remaining 15 acres will be preserved for natural walking trails, maintaining the area’s natural beauty.
