Salad And Go opened its Old East Dallas location at 5101 Ross Ave in 2021. This drive-thru-only restaurant is on the corner of Ross Avenue and North Garrett Avenue, next to a Waffle House. The salad chain was founded in 2013 in Gilbert, Arizona. The first Salad And Go in the DFW Metroplex opened the previous year in Plano, Texas. What’s on Salad and Go’s Menu?

Salad and go serves 48-ounce salad bowls which can include chicken or organic tofu at no additional cost. They also have free second dressing options. 10 salad bowls are available, including a kids bowl. The menu also includes 5 breakfast burrito options which they serve until 10:30am on weekdays and 11am on weekends.

Before the new Salad and Go, a building called the Ross Professional Building was in the same location. It housed a personal injury law firm called Langford and Wise.
