Domino’s Pizza is preparing to join the new Shops on Reagan development in Leander. A filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation lists an interior build-out at 18145 Ronald W Reagan Blvd, Suite 110. The work is scheduled to begin in October 2025 and wrap up by December, bringing another restaurant option to the fast-growing Ronald Reagan corridor.
Construction
The Domino’s space covers 2,082 square feet inside the Shops on Reagan strip center. The TDLR filing shows the work as a standard interior remodel to finish out the shell. Huntington Properties’ site plan places Domino’s at the west end of the center. Other signed tenants include Skip’s Beer Wine & Liquor, Satya Smiles dental office, Desi Bites restaurant, Kumon, and Sherwin-Williams. Two retail spaces remain available at 1,000 and 1,566 square feet.
Location
Shops on Reagan sits at the southwest corner of Ronald Reagan Boulevard and Gabriels Horn Road, just outside Rancho Sienna. It is positioned next to Valley Vista Estates, a 140-home neighborhood. The plan also reserves space for a future convenience store and a separate 0.75-acre pad site. With steady growth in Williamson County, the corridor has quickly filled with retail and service tenants serving nearby subdivisions.
Site History
The land now home to Shops on Reagan remained undeveloped for much of the 20th century. Aerial imagery from 1937 shows scattered tree cover across the property, while a 1985 view still depicts open land with some agricultural use. Development only reached the site in recent years, as new homes and commercial clusters extended outward from Leander and Georgetown. What was once rural countryside is now a retail strip positioned in the path of suburban expansion.
