A new 7 Brew Coffee is coming to Lake Jackson, and it’s headed to one of the busiest spots in town. The compact drive-thru is planned for the property at 108 TX-332, with construction scheduled to begin this fall. This won’t be a renovation or conversion. It’s a new build from the ground up, right along the highway frontage.
New Build in a Prime Retail Zone
The project is set within a major retail corridor just west of the TX-288 interchange. It joins a high-traffic cluster of businesses that includes Panda Express, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, and GameStop. Although the listed address points to an existing structure in most map apps, the 7 Brew will rise on a vacant pad site within the same retail property. The building itself will be small and efficient — the kind of setup made for fast-moving traffic.
Construction Timeline and What’s Planned
State records show the shop will measure 615 square feet, built using a prefabricated structure designed for drive-thru use only. According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction is expected to begin in September 2025, with a finish date set for December 2025. This format matches dozens of other 7 Brew projects popping up across Texas. For Lake Jackson, it adds one more grab-and-go coffee option to a growing list.
