A 7Brew Coffee location is planned for 1300 N Main St in Andrews, Texas, a site currently home to a car wash. According to Texas state filings, the project will add a 510-square-foot, drive-thru-only building. Construction is scheduled to start in July 2025 and wrap up by October 2025, with an estimated cost of $750,000.
While the site is small, the filing doesn’t specify whether the current car wash will be removed or if the new structure will be built alongside it. The developer listed is Brave Hart Development LLC, a company that manages multiple 7Brew projects across Texas.
A Busy Spot with a Long History
The lot sits on the west side of U.S. Route 385, just north of SW Avenue E. It’s been used as a car wash for several years. Depending on the platform, the business is listed as either Turtle Hole Car Wash or Bub’s Lazor Car Wash.
Today, the area is a commercial cluster with fast-food restaurants and retail shops. Wingstop, McAlister’s Deli, and Lowe’s Market are all located nearby. In contrast, a 1939 aerial photo shows the area as wide open land with no visible development. Growth here began in the decades that followed.
Compact Coffee Concept Grows in Texas
7Brew Coffee is expanding quickly across Texas and beyond. The company builds small, drive-thru-only stores designed to move vehicles through quickly. The Andrews location follows that model, with no indoor seating or walk-up service.
Although no grand opening date has been announced, the construction timeline suggests the shop could be ready by late 2025. Until then, the car wash remains in place—at least for now.
